Yes indeed! We test our products by humans. Our families and friends are the first people’s testimonies we use when our products are being developed. There are so many benefits from herbs, plants and flowers so we do not use any ingredients that come from animals. We are also Woman-owned, Disabled-owned and Black-owned.

To determine your skin type, observe factors like oiliness, dryness, and sensitivity. Normal skin feels balanced, oily skin tends to be shiny, dry skin may feel tight or flaky, and combination skin exhibits a mix of characteristics.

We do not internationally (yet). Our shipping costs depends on which shipping region its going to be shipped to. We manufacture our products in New England so someone in Rhode Island has a more affordable shipping cost vs. someone in California.

We offer exchanges with credits that can be used for future purchases on our website. Products need to be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase. Contact our customer support team at hello@soulita.com Provide your order number, the name of the product you'd like to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. In the rare event of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We'll cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement. -
Most of our products shelf life is 1 year after opening the product. Our products with preservatives (products that have water ingredient or is used next to water) has a 4-6 months shelf life.
