Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, returning or exchanging items is straightforward. You can return products within 12 days of the shipping date. Please note that refunds are not available for in-store purchases from our partner retailers, and shipping fees are generally non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 2 weeks of the shipment date, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional shipping cost.

- New England and Mid-Atlantic: $7.00
- West Coast: $10.50
- Continental US: $10.00
- Alaska and Hawaii: $35.00
Please allow 2-8 days for processing plus 1-5 additional days for shipping, depending on the destination. We ship from Rhode Island. For expedited shipping, email us at hello@soulita.com.
Orders are processed every day, excluding holidays.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
Packages may be returned to us if (1) the address is invalid or incomplete, (2) the carrier cannot deliver the package, or (3) the customer refuses delivery. Returned-to-sender or refused packages will be restocked if they are not custom orders. We will first attempt to contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense. If we cannot reach you, we will issue a full refund after restocking the item.
We cannot make changes to orders once they have been shipped. To ensure successful delivery, please verify that your address is correct and complete, including accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information, if applicable.
We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
